So adding my voice to the chorus for the official record, here’s my account of an exchange I had with Dylan/Noodles yesterday regarding the rumors of Jack’s death with accompanying screenshots. Usually I would never get involved in online drama like this, but this is beyond drama - a good mans life has ended horribly, and I experienced firsthand some highly suspicious and downright unsympathetic behavior from his master/life partner, Dylan at a time when frankly if my life partner had passed away, I’d be inconsolable with grief. So because it seems in the wake of the fucking tragic death of the completely lovely Jack Chapman, (or as Tank as he had been rebranded) there’s a lot of stories coming out about the treatment of Jack from his partner Dylan aka Noodles & Beef. I do love wearing the toony one though and the awesome effect it has.RIP Tank/Jack and My Noodles & Beef Encounter I absolutely love both of them but my realistic one is a lot more practical as easier to transport and if hot, can be a partial. Also, due to no binocular vision, after a while, my eyes get really strained and when I take it off, I can’t focus properly for an hour or so, it’s really weird.Īt the end of the day, it’s up to you what you are looking for in a suit. no binocular vision as I have a blind spot between the eyes thus cannot judge distance. Nightmare to travel with! Not even sure how I’m going to take it abroad. not easy to store at all as it’s so big and cannot be folded. not as easy to clean, must always wear balaclava with it and air it out well to stay hygienic. cannot be made into a partial, head is huge and doesn’t blend well without its padded bodysuit so must always be worn as a whole. static jaw, I feel a moving jaw really adds to a character but most foam heads won’t have them. toony soft teeth and mouth are super cute and fun! friendly, more toony character is a bit more approachable for children etc which is important in charity work. lightweight, even though this head is huge, it’s very light and can be worn for hours without putting pressure on your head and neck. breathable, foam is a lot more breathable, even without a fan I’m not struggling too much. I don’t need a handler as much as I can see what’s around me. great vision, excellent peripheral vision and generally good. as with all suits, it can frighten people but I find more children are frightened of my realistic head which isn’t great for charity work.įoam head: made by waterdogwharf (it’s a large sized head) falling or getting hit in the face with a resin head is extremely painful as there’s no give, it’ll whack it into your face.
I have fallen over bollards and small children in the past and defo need a handler at fursuit walks. no peripheral vision! None at all, I also can’t see anything below me without making an effort to look down. Round your head can feel uncomfortable after a while. heavy! The head is very front heavy and the strap Water condenses and drips on the inside of the mask in the colder weather which is gross. easy to store as it’s small, the back can be folded into the inside of the muzzle so it takes up little space. can be made easily into a partial as head is a smaller size. Realistic, add a real point of interest and packs a punch aesthetically. easy to wipe clean as it’s resin! So it’s very hygienic. Glowing eyes and the realism of them add a serious wow factor, he certainly turns heads even around other furries which is cool. moving jaw is very sensitive and really adds to bringing the character to life.
I have binocular vision so can see straight ahead and am able to judge distances. Resin head: made by me on a dreamvisioncreation base, features LED eyes and fan. Sorry if this is a little lengthy! I’ll do a video on this eventually. Sure! So I’ll talk about just the head aspect, not the bodysuits as they are both very different too.
